Yes! Make sure you register before 18 September to get a special discount.

Yes – there is a 5% discount on each registration when 4 or more people from the same organisation register together.

We ask for payment at the point of registration – but please call us on 02 6285 1816 if you have problems with this!

Delegates can cancel their registration up to two weeks in advance for a full refund (6$ admin fee charged by Conference National).

Cancelling less than two weeks before conference will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your registration fee. No refund will provided for cancellations made less than five days prior to the conference. We are however happy to transfer your registration to someone else at no charge.

No – registrations cannot be shared.

Yes! You will be provided with login details upon registration that let you go back into your account and swap concurrent sessions or add any side events.

You will receive a lanyard with your name and registration details at the registration desk at conference.
