Craig served 20 years in the Australian Army predominately as an officer in the Australian Infantry Corps. Since 2005 Craig has worked for Aspen Medical where he has lived and established entities across the Pacific, Southeast Asia, Middle East, North West Africa, UK, USA and Canada.

Currently, Craig is the Executive General Manager for International Operations at Aspen Medical and works closely with DFAT, USAID, DIFD, GIZ, WHO and UN representatives across various regions. Craig also holds the position of CEO of the Aspen Foundation, which focuses on the eradication of Trachoma, RHD and Crusted Scabies in Indigenous communities as well as provides support to Indigenous Nursing and Allied Health Scholarships. Craig is also a mentor to several social enterprises across Australia through his Board appointment with the Millhouse and his association with Social Traders.

Craig is the Partnerships Specialist for Australia and the Pacific Islands at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX). For the past three years Craig has been working to strengthen the impact investing ecosystem in Australia and the Pacific Islands, working with both government, impact enterprises and other stakeholders to play a role in impact investing.
