Alice Ridge is the Research, Policy and Advocacy Advisor at the International Women’s Development Agency (IWDA), managing a portfolio of research projects and leading IWDA’s domestic and international policy engagement on feminist foreign policy, feminist leadership, gender and development, infrastructure, macroeconomic policy, and women peace and security.

Prior to IWDA, Alice worked with the Australian Council for International Development for five years. Alice has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Certificate (Gender Mainstreaming and Analysis).
